SHODA CNC ROUTERS

Established for the purpose of building woodworking machinery in 1926, Shoda has become the leader in high speed machining and has spawned, and proven crucial to the success, of so many of today’s manufacturing advances. Shoda developed their 20,000 rpm router in 1947, and in 1968, revolutionized the furniture industry with the world’s first CNC router.
Subsequent growth has brought numerous models ideally suitable for a full array of materials and industries; resins & plastics, glass & quartz, composites, ferrous & sheet metals, aluminum, molds and modeling, the list goes on and on. And, of course Shoda is still the world leader when it comes to woodworking machinery.
Shoda’s newest product is the Strategia Series. These bridge-type models, designed for aviation applications, offer large working surfaces and strokes with 5 axes capability and an 18,000 rpm, 60 HP spindle.
